As a Special Agent at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), I apply my 15 years of federal law enforcement experience and my IT skills to investigate and prevent healthcare fraud and abuse. I am a certified Healthcare Fraud Specialist and a Subject Matter Expert on the Department of Labor Office of Workers Compensation Program (OWCP), Unemployment Insurance Fraud (UI), and Disaster Relief Fraud (DRF).My mission is to protect the integrity and security of the federal healthcare programs and the public funds that support them. I work with various stakeholders, such as the U.S. Attorney's Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Office of Inspector General, to identify, prosecute, and deter fraudsters who exploit the system. I have received multiple awards and recognition for my contributions to the successful resolution of complex and high-profile cases.
