Member of Harley-Davidson's Senior Leadership Group (SLG) Provided leadership and managed several departments: parts, accessories and MotorClothes (Harley-Davidson riding apparel) shipping programs; vehicle sales and production forecasting; domestic dealer allocation; and, motorcycle delivery system for North America.Worked closely with manufacturing, finance, executive leadership and the Canadian Distributor regarding forecasting sales to ensure production levels were meeting market demands.
