Deputy Commander, 375th Medical Group, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Colonel William P. Malloy is the (Interim) Command Surgeon General, Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC), Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, where he is the principal advisor to the Commander of Air Combat Command who delivers seamless support to Combatant Commander Ground Medical requirements in support of Global Force Management and Ground Medical capability. He organizes, trains, equips and sustains combat-ready medical forces for rapid deployment and employment. He is responsible to the Commander, Air Combat Command for the wartime readiness of over 94,000 active duty and civilian personnel located at 11 ACC installations, AFCENT locations, and more than 300 operating locations worldwide. He is also responsible for the oversight and delivery of $617M in Ground Medical War Reserve Materiel and $84M in worldwide Installation Medical All Hazards Response materiel as well as Training and Equipping 40K personnel in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives defense. Prior to his current assignment, Colonel Malloy served as the Commander (CEO) of the Koritz Clinic at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, NC.

Group Commander and Director of Base Medical Services responsible for an executive team and three diverse squadrons consisting of 320 active duty, civilian, and contract personnel and a budget of $32M. The Koritz Clinic offers dental, flight medicine, healthcare plan management, laboratory, mental health, pediatrics, pharmacy, physical therapy, primary care, public health, radiology imaging, referral and medical management, and women’s health services. The clinic ensures the global medical readiness requirements for 10K Airmen and their families in the F-15E Strike Eagle Wing including the Combat Air Force’s (CAF) largest flying program.

Responsible for the strategic planning and resource allocation of $225M enabling the provision of care by a team of 804 personnel in six squadrons.
