As a member of the Office 365 team at Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) I reviewed the current configuration, making recommendations and implementing changes to ensure successful migration from multiple on premise Exchange Organizations to a single, Microsoft Online Tenant. This includes review of the office version to ensure compatibility both with existing application and the upgrade path to a supported version for the migration to Office Pro Plus. As part of the Microsoft Collaboration Platform Stabilization project, I lead the effort to improve the AD FS configuration, upgrading the AADC service to the latest version, adding a second server for testing (staging) upgrades, and switching the sourceanchor to use the mS-DS-ConsistencyGuid. I also lead the effort to put the latest, supported versions of Exchange Hybrid Servers into place to give the best user experience during coexistence. I am creating plans for each market to migrate to Exchange Online to provide the best end user experience possible without impact to our patients.

Joined the Exchange team at Digital Globe to assist with the merger on four business units into a newly created shared services division. Created the architecture and migration plan for migrating all of the business units to Office 365. Created reporting of the current Exchange environment to understand the current workloads and trends to understand the requirements for the migration.

As part of the Dell team assigned to work for the Microsoft FastTrack Incubation team, I have worked on each workload (Email, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive, Yammer, Teams, AADP, Intune (Identity Management), OfficeProPlus and Azure AD) for Office 365. The Incubation team for the Microsoft FastTrack center has a unique role as we are the group that works to continually improve the product and the adoption experience for Microsoft’s customer base. Our tasks range from creating and presenting adoption workshops for each workload to customers, creating and validating the next release of the offerings. Solving problems for the fastest resolution before the product is made available to the general public. All of our solutions must be able to be implemented for the entire Office 365 community.

I provide mentoring to lower level administrators in support of both Exchange and Lync servers for our clients. I am responsible for providing proposals and working with the sales team to provide a competitive solution for existing and prospective customers.
