Implement projects for MT analysis of the entire site to find opportunities for maintenance reduction and activities to implement proactive PM's vs. reactive.Design and implement equipment to eliminate poor design or repair issues on major downtime drivers.Created software requirements for downtime escalation.Assist lesser skilled technicians when electrical or PLC issues would arise on equipment. Serve as backup to the planner when not available to generate WO's or SFU tickets. As well as provide equipment/maintenance reports and enter new equipment or tasks in CMMS.Serve as a role model for other technicians to maintain the highest quality level or professionalism.
