Managing and optimizing logistics in collaboration with the Worldwide Kering and Gucci logistics team. Facilitate a smooth logistics process with the multi-channel retail and wholesale functions supporting the needs of an integrated and efficient management of regional products flows partnering with merchandising and inventory planning functions. Partner with Kering and WW Gucci stakeholders to manage and ensure execution of proper production timing to meet budget forecasts, also play a pivotal role in the implementation of a global Gucci strategic project aiming to re-shape and improve production and logistics flows

 -- Develop sector Logistics strategy and provide high level guidance to APAC purchasing team; -- Manage APAC Logistics spend and report, do spend analysis, market analysis at sector level; -- Enhance contract management and NDA/SLA implementation; -- Engage key stakeholders, build strong partnership between function and purchasing; -- Build up continuous improvement and quality control plan for logistics purchasing; -- Effectively drive cost out initiatives and improvement activities for China Plant; -- Manage, coach and develop China Plant purchasing employees; -- SBM(supplier base management)/SRM(supplier relationship management); -- Manage China Plant purchasing report, ensure accuracy and efficiency; -- Support internal control to enhance compliance and policy;

Logistic and Transportation Management Being a representative of Home Depot’s International Logistic department in Asia, to provide expertise on Asia market conditions and practices Work with Asia sourcing teams to develop logistic and transportation strategy and plans to streamline the movement of Home Depot products from China through to North American destinations Identify and implement creative solutions to operational challenges and opportunities Manage shipment exceptions and mitigate risks to ensure OTIF delivery Prepare and provide logistic performance reports & analysis to global3PL and Warehouse Management Liaise between Home Depot’s International Logistic team in Atlanta and the service provider community in China to communicate and provide feedback to both parties Build and maintain partnership with new and existing service providers in Asia Track and monitor 3PL performance to ensure full execution of Home Depot service contract Work with warehouse to drive operation excellence, including metrics development, performance audits, and operational improvement plan execution Lead Home Deport projects to drive evolvement in key supply chain processes, and manage cost efficiency and effectiveness Generate performance evaluation reports to inform Asia service provider selection decisionsVendor (Factories and Suppliers) Management Provide orientation and trainings to vendors with a focus on Home Depot requirements Lead cross-functional teams to come up with issue resolution strategy for major failures in Asia vendorsFactory Audit Conduct factory audits with Global Trade Service team for CTPAT / SCAN processes

- Order entry - For Internal and external customers, cancel orders upon order place & Special requests from internal and external customers- Order enquiries - Handling of enquiries related to orders / technical issue / system issue & pending open orders- Order fulfillment – Recovery for customer backorders to ensure timely fulfillment to the committed date- Customer Service – Make good communication with external customer, commercial, marketing and sales department; ensure goods arriving correctly and on time according to the customer’s requirement. Provide high quality service to sales and marketing department. Deal with accidents immediately. Support the team & perform cross functional activities- Inventory Management – Coordinate for in-time arrival of material; to manage the stock level and balance safety stock and budget- Issuing Credit Note -- Follow up on customer’s discrepancy claims handling & scrapping bulletin.- Shipment arrangement -- According to HQ guidelines and local roles to manage transportation and control costs well. Follow up on shipment status and deliveries from suppliers. Be responsible for forwarders evaluation and management- Warehouse issues – Coordinate with warehouse relate to inbound arrival and outbound order’s confirmation shipment dispatch and follow up on open issues. To make sure warehouse is safety and stock is accuracy.

- ISF Submission -- Review ISF (Importer Security Filings) from Asia-based plants and suppliers for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness prior to electronic submission to CBP (US Customs and Border Protection). Immediately correct errors/omissions and/or work with designated contacts to resolve issues prior to the ISF filing deadlines.- Space Booking -- Arrange ocean freight booking according purchasing team notification- Shipment Delivery -- Coordinate with China factory & 3PL service provider to ensure on time delivery - Performance Monitoring -- Monitor broker performance, conduct regular broker performance review and come out with optimization solution to secure operation efficiency.- Work with ocean carrier contacts to resolve any space issue & freight issue

- Confirm vessel schedule and booking with different carriers- Pricing analysis and comparison of rates among various carriers- Tracking and tracing of shipments in progress with company’s Freight Forwarder and Carriers- Confirmation of carrier space allocations, coordination of our forecasts with our freight forwarders and branches. - Updating of reports and performance measurement information of carriers and company’s forwarders.- Responsibility will include updating outstanding orders on Shippers Letter of Instructions and Vendor's in association with export shipments both air and ocean.- Working with our Steamship Lines and Carriers on all operational issues and situations which might arise.- Handling of claims and OS&D matters as called upon
