Provided flexible capital solutions including senior secured loans, mezzanine financing and subordinated loans for all purposes including pre-IPO, acquisition financing, asset backed and growth capital. Managing a team of 20 with an average portfolio size of US$2-3 billion during the last 5 years, the team consistently achieved revenue growth of 20% per annum. Commenced my banking career with Banker's Trust in 1994 in Hong Kong on the Asian Credit Trading Desk. I subsequently moved to North America to set up Deutsche Bank's secondary trading franchise. I structured Indonesian and Thai credit linked products and created a platform for all types of Asian credit products such as Euro-bonds, illiquid loans Credit Default swaps.Upon returning to Asia i managed Asia ex- Japan credit flow trading including private placements, public flow trading of bonds and local currency trading. Provided market making for Asia ex- Japan CDS and ranked No.! by Asia Risks Awards in 2002-2004.

Managing a team of 5 the team elevated the ex-Japan Asia Credit Derivative Desk to 1st tier status allowing it to provide structured credit products to clients.Created additional platforms within the Bank to launch and risk manage Credit Default Swaps and Bond Options.
