Coordinates efforts between inner company stakeholders and an external partner to conduct an implementation from AX2012.• Smartsheet System Architect / Smartsheet System Administrator. The effort focused on integrating modern technology with traditional learning methods.

• Starting in 2015 my role in the United States Air Force evolved and I began working on strategic initiatives with senior leaders. This included leading large programs and projects in supervisory and non-supervisory roles. My greatest learning experience was during negotiations between the DOD and the Local Firefighter’s Union regarding shift schedules and working conditions. My role was to interface with our Legal Team and provide them with requested information to prepare for arbitration. After the conclusion of arbitration, it was then my role to lead change management efforts towards adoption of a new work schedule across seven fire stations and 150 personnel.• Headed a 12-person offsite rapid improvement event using Six Sigma methodologies. Systematically guided organization executives in the creation of new mission, vision, and values statements for our Civil Engineering Team.• Led the professional growth of thirty-two employees using appraisals and individual development plans resulting in the team earning seventeen competitive promotions, 1 Supervisor of the Quarter, and 1 Manager of the Quarter• Reviewed, revised, and submitted forty-one policy revisions and gained consensus from organization leads, successfully negotiated adoption with union representatives.• Researched best practices for Air Show ground operation project resulting in the procuring of a $3M contract.

• I began my professional Career as an Airman in the United States Air Force. In this role I learned discipline, accountability, excellence, and attention to detail.• I was promoted within the Air Force to a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO). As an NCO I received formal training in legal procedures related to program, project, and personnel management. Skills include Human Resources, Leadership, Management, Feedback, Team Dynamics, and documentation of processes and performance.
