I firmly believe that you're never done learning. though I graduated with a masters degree in electrical engineering, I took a job as a manufacturing engineer to apply my skills to solve some specific problems. Along the way I learned about lean manufacturing practices ane process control, applied my knowledge of Automation to specific applications, dug deep into programming with LabVIEW, and managed very large projects with big budgets and year-long timelines. I took an opportunity to transfer to the role of R&D Test Engineer, and continued my journey. I learned how to manage multi-year test plans, handle documentation control strategies, and design test procedures to meet ISO/SAE standards. I even became certified by the IFPS as a fluid power specialist in hydraulics.every day is a new opportunity to learn, and to use that knowledge to solve new problems.
