I am a compassionate and empathetic addictions counsellor with over six years of social service experience providing non-biased and goal-focused support to individuals with a history of incarceration, homelessness, addiction, and mental health issues. I work with clients and their families to provide support, compassion focused individual and group counselling, tools, and referrals to assist in meeting individual wellness needs and goals. What drives me to work in the field is the immense reward of applying personal experience and foundational knowledge to assist people facing serious barriers in our communities, experiencing the most challenging moments of their lives and walking with them in achieving healthy outcomes.
