Roadmap for 2024 includes development of software directly for theatres (8 theatres on the current program) to break barriers to direct sales solutions, and data analytics providing more power for individual theatres building marketing and sales strategies.With Microsoft we have developed all our multiplatform software through the .NET MAUI framework, providing accessible applications no matter what current hardware is available to our clients.We have secured 10 fold contract grow for our second year and are very excited to be moving back towards launching a community application this year to provide direct interaction between cultural venues and their audiences.On a personal level this adventure has taught me so much, from bringing a product from idea, to conception, to launch. Learning to take advice, pivot when needed, time management, prototyping, UI/UX testing, design thinking, the list could go on. I had to lead in creating engaging and relevant content for customers to interact with when trying to fix hardware and software errors. During my time in the role I achieved the following:- Produced 8 new videos for help.canary.is, these followed a walk through tutorial format that aligned with the website content to enable more users to engage in fixing problems without reaching out to Customer Service teams. This also enabled first contact tickets to be responded to with direct links to video contact, reducing the reply rate in some topics by approximately 30%. Show less
