At TGA Systems I implemented SAP Business One, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System that connects business operations with finances, allowing for greater visibility over costs, projects and services. Using the SAP Structured Query Language (SQL) I produced reports for the CFO and CEO, facilitating accurate decision making at senior level. A part of the role relates to billing and the usage of Jerasoft VCS (formerly Bilberry) to account for business activities. I designed workflows and detailed business processes using Lucidcharts to provide visual clarity in business analysis as a basis for strategic decision making and the digitalisation of billing processes.

I wrote my thesis (1.2) in conjunction with SAP based on the European Go-To-Market Strategy and Market Readiness in Europe. This included exposure, guidance and influence from SAP's Corporate Strategy Department, including an analysis of the latest Concur data with a digital presence as a basis for the study in Europe. The project provided strategic recommendations, combining some of the best theoretical models, structures and analyses with real world data and company evaluations.

This Internship was based on providing information to company level directors based on specific information requirements. This position gave me the freedom to develop my own projects from the start, in a structured, independent and logical manner.I regularly presented my findings to directors including the Global Vice President of the Internet of things largely based on information within the parking industry. As a coach I helped to increase the number of members at Woodfield Sports and Social Club by actively engaged with a variety of people from total beginners to experienced, National level players.I achieved this by firstly asking relevant questions to the people who visit my sessions and then potential new members from other clubs, schools and exhibitions. I listened to the feedback and adapted my coaching sessions to make them more attractive to the target market.This has helped me to effectively sell the membership package to prospective new players who wish to enjoy table tennis at all levels from beginner to international standard. Woodfield is a brilliant club which offers coaching and training sessions for all kinds of players, including special Olympics, beginner, Junior and Adult Coaching. I planned, organised and structured progressive coaching sessions designed for beginners and high performance of all ages from 6 to 82. I rapidly grew my reputation as a top coach in my Adult session from 2 people to maximum capacity in my first year. Many of the players requesting one to one sessions to improve their standard further.Since then Woodfield has appointed an exceptional Head Coach who covers all sessions including my beginner and Adult Sessions respectively.
