• Designed an electrostatic separation column to remove very fine particles and ions for coal tar.

Lund, Sweden

• Characterized the neutron and gamma ray flux field in the Source Testing Facility by performing statistical analysis on data collected from gamma ray and neutron detectors.
• Streamlined the process of reading in the raw signal from the detectors, performing statistical analysis and interpreting the results by automating it through Python code.
• Created different visualizations to map out the radiation field around the Source Testing Facility and made recommendations to better account for background radiation for future experiments.
