Key Responsibilities:- End to end technical project delivery for the Talent team across multi-disciplined teams- Managing stakeholders primarily at Director Level- Creation of project governance and scope documentation (including risk & issue logs, escalation paths and decision making matrix)- Working as a PMO to create and share best practice for project delivery across the Talent team- Facilitating and running daily and weekly project update calls and Agile rituals. Key Achievements:- Acted as Scrum Master for an Agile Team focused on piloting skills based technology aimed at improving internal mobility and development.- Led the functional implementation and RFP process for this skills based technology.- Built a proof of concept for two different pieces of skills technology with the aim of ensuring they could work together as part of our people systems architecture.- Led the technical implementation of ServiceNow as an onboarding platform to work in partnership with our ATS and HRIS. - Used Six Sigma methodology to highlight process inefficiencies in the partnership between our Sourcing and Recruitment teams and then implement process change.

In September 2021 I joined a new PMO team at Booking.com within Talent Operations. Our primary goal as a team is to optimise process and tooling across Talent.

Key Responsibilities:- Project Lead for any new recruitment system implementations or improvements for EMEA and APAC;- Project Lead for all cross functional projects involving people data including work with King’s Finance and Payroll teams;- HRIS analytics, configuration and administration;- People System process improvement.Key Achievements:- Global implementation of Workday Recruit for King against tight deadlines whilst aiming to align recruitment processes with Activision and Blizzard.- Global implementation of Rooster Interview Scheduling for ABK to help automate the work done by the HR Operations team.- Successful delivery of a cross-functional project with King's Finance Team that aligned the process for managing and planning headcount across the People and Finance leadership teams..- Creation of process efficiencies in managing hires and leavers through automation in Workday and continued collaboration across the HR and Payroll teams.
