Provide support the Director of Communications on the development of new and rebid business proposals, implementing companywide social media strategy, managing corporate social media, developing and implementing g marketing promotions, and other social media operational functions. This position will also support other corporate-level marketing and communications activities as assigned. - Write custom content for proposals using Bon Appétit style and tone with a focus on technical accuracy- Edit and proofread proposals, social media content, and other internal communications- As assigned, interview key team members and draft customized content based on interviews or on bullet points provided by team.- Proactively seek information from regional operations and corporate teams to create accurate and compelling responses to proposal questions- Develop and regularly update engaging content under the direction of the Director of Communications, including contribution of creative ideas to incorporate visual elements to our standard proposal presentations- Collaborate with Image & Style team and corporate and regional marketing directors to align concepts created by operations teams with overall Bon Appétit brand- Develop storytelling strategy — uncover companywide and regional stories and content- Collaborate with Director of Communications, Proposal Manager, and graphic designers to develop creative visual storytelling content and customized marketing promotions that support proposals- Support development of new business presentations as assigned- Develop a sales and storytelling strategy based on key client values- Support the creation and scheduling of relevant, original, high-quality content for Bon Appétit’s corporate (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) - Support the dozens of unit-level social media accounts- Develop internal communications through Bravo, Bon Appétit’s quarterly corporate magazine- Photo administration

- Working with the communications team to deliver key elements related to socialmedia content including but not limited to: educational material, features, campaigns,and partnerships- Writing copy and managing posting for social media channels including Instagram,Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn- Working closely with the Graphic Designer to advise on proactive creative needs and create digital content and build out an organized photo library- Contributing to website copy and email newsletters

Remote

- Provide social media support for hundreds of cafés and venues (including creating new accounts, onboarding, and training for different locations)- Assist in managing a variety of corporate social media accounts- Coordinate with marketing and wellness team to provide social media advice to marketing team members across the country- Implement process improvements for coordinating between departments- Track and archive interactions on social media platforms- Manage special projects as identified by communications team
