5C1 BRIDGE Learning Experience Platform (LXP)The 5C1 BRIDGE LXP is a set of design tools used by Center4Growth in partnership with clients to design, create, and personalize the learning experience for individual learners. As a result, they are mastering the technical and non-technical learning competencies related to the knowledge, skills, and ability needed to perform successfully in the modern workplace. To achieve this, the 5C1 BRIDGE LXP combines both personalized and adaptive learning elements to drive unique learning for each learner, establishing a pathway to achievement personalized in terms of starting point and pace related to the individual's speed.

The vision for the organization is to establish a place where individuals freely come to visit and engage in learning activities of their choosing. The Shared Learning Space is a membership base, and our members granted immediate access to our learning consultants and development resources.

5C1 Center for Growth Knowledge Network Is a drop-in, on-demand Learning Space that focuses on assisting an individual with personal, and professional and skills development. The vision for the organization is to establish a place (5C1 Café Labs) where individuals freely come to visit and engage in learning activities of their choosing. The Learning Space is a member-only space where our network members are granted immediate access to our learning opportunities, consultants and developmental resources.

I am currently employed with Veterans Affairs Debt Management Center (DMC), as a Supervisory Financial Program Specialist (GS-12). I’m responsible for the management of the Death and Bankruptcy Team. I have supervisory responsibility for a staff of 12 professional and technical employees ranging from GS-4 to GS-7 grade levels. As the Death and Bankruptcy Team leader, I provided department level accounts receivable management services to the Veteran Benefits Administration (VBA) and Veteran Health Administration (VHA). Regularly review laws, debt collection policies, or VA financial policies to substantiate claims or to draw conclusions. I led the team through developing, testing, and implementing changes to the VA Reclamation process. The changes implemented reduced the collection cycle from over 120 days to under 30 days. The cycle time compression resulted in increased collections and claims processing with financial institutions nationally and internationally. The changes resulted in collections of $95M in FY15 compared with collections of $60M in FY14 resulting in a $35M or 58% improvement in one fiscal year. I work closely with and in coordination with other DMC site managers, supervisors, and other staff in carrying out the organization’s mission. I have extensive experience researching issues and policies/law involved with management decisions; identifying out-of-line situations and making feasible recommendations for problem resolution; and ensuring all pertinent issues are properly considered when actions are taken. My assignment requires expert knowledge of management principles, financial and transaction accounting concepts, processes and techniques for assessing management issues, and skills in written and oral communications sufficient to develop and prepare policies and guidelines. I provide briefings on controversial or complex topics to organizations within the Federal and/or private sectors.

Our expertise is providing information, resources, and access to private and personalize services for your growth and development. The Center for Growth will offer the research, tools, and Instructions for developing and managing your own Personal and Professional Growth. This will be accomplish this through our coaching and mentoring services along with our 5C1 process for growth and development.

Right Step, Incorporated Director October, 1992 – April, 2003 Served as Director and Chief Administrator over the development of public charter schools in Minnesota, North Carolina and Arizona. Provided direct leadership and evaluated the performance of 130 employees.

Professional Accomplishments1988 – 1990 Establish safety and Operational procedures to improve organization readiness for Army Reserves and National Guard units in the Mid-West region. Additionally, I provided technical policies and processes for maintaining and scheduling regular services for the Army's new specialized support vehicle (Hummer). 1991 – 1991 Assisted in preparing, mobilizing, and deploying my assigned unit for Operation Desert Shield. Originated and guided to complete the training program to improve the organization's operational readiness from 75% to over 90%, placing the unit in ready-to-deploy status.1992 1992 Mr. Pierce served as Readiness Improvement Manager; Operation Desert Fix as Non-Commission Officer In Charge (NCOIC) of the Quality Assurance Branch.
