I serve as International General Counsel for Invatlan, a major Central American financial conglomerate. I assist with acquisitions and all legal matters outside of Honduras. In the past, my legal practice focused on securities matters, banking, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. I represented public and private corporations, banks and other financial institutions, and have extensive experience in corporate finance and securities law matters. Because of my experience as a former banker, I advised community banks and other financial institutions on bank regulatory and securities matters.
