I am responsible for the overall food and beverage operations at the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, as well as the Zoombezi Bay waterpark. Together with my team, we manage over 1000 team members throughout the account. I work in partnership with our team of chefs, the Director of Food & Beverage, and our client to create food and beverage options to satisfy our guests while visiting the property.

I was the Executive Team Leader for Guest Experience at Target - East Liberty, PA. I led my team of cashiers, guest service, Starbucks, Pizza Hut Express, and Target Cafe team members to deliver an Amazing experience for our guests.My second assignment was the Executive Team Leader - Sales Floor and Guest Experience at Target in McCandless. I developed several Team Leaders, Senior Team Leaders, and Interns. I created sales floor strategies and was responsible for product launches like Hunter for Target.

I was responsible for all culinary operations during the opening of the first Smokey Bones in Pittsburgh, PA. I was accountable for food cost, payroll, food safety, kitchen cleanliness and organization, and all ordering.
