Current• In collaboration with EPBs VP of Strategic Research, developed community level economic capabilities, designed to provide insight into community growth, health, and demography.• Manage EPBs community economy research team with a focus on microeconomic data and regional impact analysis.• Developed IMPLAN studies on EPB, the utility industry, Minority and Women Owned business support, and support of local artists.• Contributed to the Department of Homeland Securities first edition of the How to Write a Connected Community Strategy, detailing Chattanooga’s smart city initiatives and the importance of stakeholder engagement.• Responsible for economic impact analysis of EPB programs and Energy/Communications Industries• Responsible for analysis of Community Economic Trends including: Labor Force, Demographics, Household Health, Economic Output & Growth• Began the development of a community economy framework to measure local economies using best practices from alternative economic indicators (Genuine progress indicator, human development index, dashboard for a new economy, better life index)• Development of quarterly reports and white papers
