Reporting to Head Of Supply Chain Inbound & Stock Management;Responsible for;- Leading the Inbound & Storage Optimisation function within Supply Chain, with complete management of Inbound & Storage Capacities across all live & upcoming CFCs for all UK partners/ clients.- Direct line management - Delivering strategic direction and plans for the team, with engagement of both internal and external stakeholders.- Supporting launch of Luton CFC & closure of Hatfield CFC projects from a Supply Chain perspective.

- Lead for Supply Chain with launching new CFCs within Bicester & Luton to support increasing Ocado UK capacities inline with strategic growth plans.- Managing required capacity between CFC & 3PL- Identifying and executing network efficiency opportunities, with direct involvement in an estimated £250k pa logistics savings consolidating Freezer route to market & removal/ reduction of internal stock transfer processes, reducing cost and increasing operational efficiency.- GSCOP Lead for Supply Chain reporting monthly to the Code Compliance Officer

- Working collaboratively with 2 Sisters Food Group to improve KPI, supply efficiency and range performance on a wide array of key commercial and strategic SKUs.

- 18 months working with a wide supplier base of 75+ suppliers and 2500+ product instances whilst supporting the wider team in delivering key seasonal campaigns.- 6 Months working directly with M&S to improve KPI performance on a range of indirect SKUs and support the wider team on reviewing processes on M&S supply.

Looking after a wide category of 75+ suppliers & 2500+ product instances. Ensuring business KPIs are met and delivering strong performance for commercial teams. Implementing project work to fix and/or improve efficiency.Alongside working within a small team accountable for all seasonal forecasting, planning and delivery of minor & major seasonal campaigns (Christmas, Easter etc)

Supporting numerous Demand Managers and their supplier base to allow for continued focus on delivering key KPIs. Handling category availability admin, inventory transactions, project work.

Performing key administrative task to support the wider Supply Chain Demand Management team, from supplier communications, inventory transaction management & invoice reviews

Mixture of inventory management, customer relations & team leadership.
