Balance of Plant design for Gas turbine power projects with simple cycle & combined cycle power plants. Responsibility includes design & review of electrical system & physical design engineering, Vendor Drawing Review, preparation of plant Operating philosophy, interface engineering and site support during installation and commissioning.

Load Study – Gather field information and as-build One Line diagrams, cable schedule, and provide engineer information for load study calculations, for offshore platforms. Designed substations, control rooms, switchgear, for centrifuigal and recipocal compressor stations for downhole well injection.

Designed and drafted all documents for installation and construction. Resulting in the construction for two 75,000 Lbs. per hour boilers, Including grounding, lighting, area classification, one-lines, cable tray, instrument location, instrument details, heat tracing, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Field engineering assignment for reactivation of an existing LNG receiving terminal. The project included Substation design and vendor interface, new Air processing Plant, control schematics, lighting, fire protection, CATV, grounding, conduit, cable tray, heat tracing, instrumentation, offshore controls, and ductbanks. Assisted with FERC and Coast Guard approvals.

Design of Low Sulfur Gasoline project constructed in existing area that had to be partially demolished. Oversaw Electrical Air Gaping and demolition in field. Then went into office to assist in design of all area and primary responsibility for design of 35 KV feeder and installation of Breakers and Substations.

Lead designer over 8 to 10 junior designers. Designed several combined Recycle power plants using gas and steam turbines.Also designed two new cooling towers for outlet cooling for Nuclear generating station.

Field procurement, design and construction coordination. Included extensive interaction with vendors for the New 13.8 KV Substation.
