I have over thirty-five years of experience in representing private and public companies, including real estate investment trusts and individual investors in all aspects of commercial real estate, including sales and acquisitions, financings, leasing, development and management of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, warehouse buildings and residential apartment complexes located through-out the United States, as well as the day-to-day operations of such properties. I have extensive experience in the negotiation of purchase agreements for single and large portfolio sales and loan documents with CMBS, insurance companies as well as national and regional lenders. I am also well versed on tax deferred strategies in connection with those transactions and working through forbearance and other workout agreements on behalf of borrowers.
