After teaching English as a second language for four and a half years in South Korea, I am looking to push myself and focus my analytical, research-oriented mind on how to better serve a company that values and pushes their employees to succeed.My capacity for problem identification and solution application have proven to be valuable assets in my occupational undertakings. As the head native English teacher at my academy, I was able to not only identify the problems my students were having with learning a new language, but I was able to help my fellow teachers find their confidence as well. This lead to an increase in new students monthly, impacting the bottom-line profitability of the academy. Prior to moving overseas, my attention was concentrated on marketing and copywriting. It was during this time at WEB.com that I honed my skills at client relations and helped the company streamline their website writing services. I also lead and trained others on new, experimental products that reduced overhead and increased customer satisfaction across the board. With my leadership skills, work ethic, and positive mindset, I am confident that I would be a great addition to any team.
