Managing Neles Key Accounts of UOP and Air Products for the Valves Equipment Business line to achieve global sales targets. Main goals are to establish and develop Key Account relationships at all key levels, including problem resolution, maintaining existing business, and developing new business within these Key Accounts opportunities. Main responsibilities include increasing Neles share of wallet within Key Accounts, develop and maintain a strategic business plan to develop the client network globally and develop and implement sales objectives and action plans to accommodate the overall business plan. Plan and implement sales and service programs to promote Neles products, improve competitive position, and provide fast and efficient customer service Initiating, developing and assisting in preparation of quotations, proposals and business opportunities. Actively engage other sales, service and product related units in the company. Provide product and service application information to assist product centers and service business line in product development and service improvement. Manage and negotiate global agreement and product price agreement with the Key Accounts and make sure that the agreements are efficiently utilized globally. Providing or facilitating technical training to employees of client where required. Manage and lead global account teams in order to give best possible service to customers globally. Act as single point of contact towards customers in main business topics.

Working in several project teams simultaneously. Ability to clarify technical details for definition phase together with the Product Manager, the customer and other interest groups as well as compile quotation related information for customer approval. Work closely with global sales office coordinators and local distribution network to support large scale quotations and technical breakdown. Responsible for instructing suppliers in technical details and documentation execution. Extensive experience in commercial documentation review and agreements between Metso and their end customers.

Design and optimize soft/metal seated ball and wafersphere valves based on sales and marketing analysis. Work closely with manufacturing engineers and assemblers to improve product design and assist with various production issues. Collaborate with purchasing on casting/machining questions posed by the supplier and material procurement.Maintain our internal product database where our drawings and parts are stored.

Work on various design projects, in both groups and individually, that were prototyped and tested. Required a good understanding of Solidworks.

Designed a multi-axis, servo driven tooling station that fit within a defined envelope for ease of implementation into the current production/assembly line.

Worked on various projects, such as a crane, gate and panel doors, that were specific to a required task. Started from an initial design and worked through the proper stages to design, redesign, analyze and create a prototype of the mechanisms.

Directed workflow, supervised and trained other co-workers on indoor and outdoor mechanical projects. A great experience for personal gain in terms of people skills and innovative, "outside the box" thinking.
