Chartered and Certified Financial Planner and Founder and Director of Paradigm Norton Financial Planning Ltd, one of the UK's leading fee based financial planning and wealth management businesses.Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC, I moved into financial planning and founded Paradigm in 2001. My aim then, as now, is to make financial advice of the highest technical and professional quality available on a transparent fee basis to private clients who are often poorly served by financial services in the UK.Working mainly with high net worth individuals, I have developed Paradigm's financial planning approach to provide bespoke financial solutions to clients' very personal and individual financial planning needs.This is then implemented through our award winning investment approach developed through Paradigm's Investment Committee, which I chair. Based on academic research produced by The London School of Economics, the University of Chicago and Harvard (amongst others) this approach is founded on the principles of efficient market theory, asset diversification, and cost minimisation.As well as organic growth, Paradigm has grown through a number of Mergers and Acquisitions.
