Build knowledge and provide critical support for the wastewater infrastructure and water supply systems throughout BASF North America, engaging with site and regional authorities regarding wastewater and water treatment challenges.Develop tailored and sustainable wastewater disposal concepts for new and existing sites / plants. Assist with technical and economical optimization of existing plants (OpEx) while evaluating innovative water technologiesProvision a platform for experience exchange in operation of wastewater plants as well as aligning digital platforms for key metrics and data focus and participating as the technical lead for treatability studies, pilot studies, water/ wastewater sampling and analysis, and water treatment alternatives evaluation.Lead and actively contribute with site water teams to help steer the site concepts to ensure quality processes are adopted.Document, develop, and provide training for the North American community regarding water treatment and wastewater treatment concepts through development of best practices, handbooks, and quality/audit controls. Serve as a subject matter expert in utilities technology by leveraging educational and professional experience to lead continuous technology innovation through identification, evaluation, development, prioritization, and implementation of plant improvement ideas, which ultimately increase production or reduce costs.

Focused on growing and maintaining customer base, while coaching and mentoring the Area Manager and sales representatives in the field of assigned territories. Responsible for the growth of new accounts as well as focus on maintaining existing accounts. Working with current customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs. Working with Growth Team to create sales campaigns to sell new business. Developing and mentoring Area Managers in the assigned territory on role responsibilities. Participating in plant visits to observe and obtain information. Analyze / interpret results and report any corrective actions to the customer. Focused on growing and maintaining customer base, while coaching and mentoring the sales representatives in the field of assigned territory. Responsible for growth of new accounts as well as focus on maintaining existing accounts. Ensure profitability of accounts within assigned territory through proper pricing and contract management as well as service time. Coordinate relationships and interface with Commercial Operations, Technical Marketing, Product Management and other functions. Train/coach sales representatives in the assigned territory on role responsibilities.
