Responsible for the daily / weekly / monthly / yearly reporting for the WDP&R Merchandise Division. -Project Manager partnering with Audio Visual Technology Company to develop test and implement the new Retail Focus space management system for WDP&R Merchandise encompassing over 250 retail locations.-Lead team responsible for the design and construction of virtual reality renderings of WDW merchandise locations within an AutoCAD environment. Drew complex 3D visual designs for fixtures, hardware, floor plans and products. -Developed new processes to capture exact dimensions and shapes maximizing benefits and savings allowing for a more efficient space management using new technology and tools for accurate and precise measurements-Lead a team responsible for the management of all technological needs for entire merchandise division, supporting more than 300 users, encompassing the replacement of PC’s, purchase of new peripheral equipment and software needs, and supported and resolved on-site user’s issues. -Managed a user base of more than 350 cast members and the data usage of the Merchandise Data Warehouse; aspects included security protocol, account activity, access criteria and training of users.
