I’ve worked at RnR Integrations Inc for about 8 years now. Started out not knowing anything about that industry as a beginner Technician, installing equipment (Cisco, Dell, Evertz), pulling cables, (Fiber, Coax, Ethernet, Audio). I’ve had the opportunity to learn from, I feel like, some of the best in the industry, who all had 20+ years of experience. In the time I’ve been with RnR, I have started from the bottom as a beginner technician, to a lead on a project, and now Supervisor for the company. Now as a Supervisor I oversee the completion of Installation projects. Making sure we have all materials needed on site before arriving to start working. Taking inventory of all hardware and notify the appropriate people, (POC or Project manager). Make minor changes to drawing package (Redlines), to depict the most up to date layout of the system we are currently working on. Also I create wire lists based off the drawing package, unless it was given to me, and vet the wire list to the drawing package to make sure everything lines up. This makes it easier when arriving on site and gives me more time to look over any issues while keeping my crew busy.I have worked in Data centers, Uplink facilities, Television stations, News stations. Completing full fiber tray builds, and had made additions to existing tray layouts. I’ve also completed, with the help of the crew, cable tray management build.I am also OSHA 30HR General Industry Outreach certified.
