As the VP Global Talent at Tiffany & Co., I am responsible for driving the global talent strategy, encompassing learning and development, talent acquisition, talent management, executive hiring, and early careers. My mission is to find and attract the best talent for Tiffany & Co., and to build a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline and culture that supports the company's vision and values. I partner with the C-Suite and Regional Presidents to identify, assess, and engage top candidates, as well as to design and deliver innovative and effective talent solutions. Previously, I was the Director of HR, Studio & Global Executive Recruitment at Burberry, where I led a team and delivered over 150 hires at senior management level, resulting in significant cost savings and improved quality of hire.
