Coordinated, planned, and secured billeting with external agencies, i.e., DPW, Housing, and Army reserve units to ensure Regiment had adequate billeting for the Soldiers on redeployment due to general repair of billeting. Confidently and skillfully trained and supervised 67 MOS with diverse missions and career development requirements. Designed and provided oversight for an aggressive Sergeants Time program that increased readiness. Soldiers drove over 100,000 accident-free miles on the NTC battlefield without lost time, injury or accident. Provided oversight for the Squadron’s MTOE/TDA property valued in excess of $168 million. Responsible for the Squadron earning the FORSCOM Supply Excellence Award. Spearheaded efforts enabling two subordinate units to earn the Army Award for Maintenance Excellence.
