Working on BUA+ -- Backup Assistance Plus. Verizon Wireless customers are able to backup data from their cell phones to the Verizon Cloud network. Up to 500mb for free. The revamped BUA is built on the popular Backbone/Javascript framework using requireJS for all dependencies and modeled after Marionette's event handling for our own custom event forwarding system.

Upgrade and debug the Saks 5th Ave website. Brought on during the busy Fall and Winter seasons to help with main site upgrades and editorials. The basic Saks front end platform is built on JSP’s with the more modern parts of the site – the checkout – built on a custom Javascript framework. The most recent footer widget is now being built on top of backbone and mustache template.

Worked with a team of developers on the front-end of Phase Three of the multi-year, Opsys development project. The GUI was built on a widget-based, single-page development strategy with all content dynamically delivered via a complex, yet efficient, JSON data interchange object. The consequence of a widget-based architecture, from a front-end perspective, is that every UI component, from the menu system to a single table, is a self-contained application limiting the scope of DOM manipulation to each object (narrow scope). The front-end is built around a custom, OO-JavaScript/ jQuery, and AJAX framework that allows for modular construction of individual widgets in an event-driven, stateless design environment.

Utilize Crystal Marketing software for all project management solutions including: project timeline notifications, project abstract & development specs, and all communications between team members, stake-holders and c-level executives.
