Virtual Assist app is used to contact inside adjuster and review roof test squares for wind and hail damage and elevations and interior damage as needed per claim. Reviewing inspection with inside adjuster and insured in a video conference on site. Final completion includes uploading roof assessment form, any additional documents, and photos from camera if necessary. Genesis billing to complete final payment.
