William J Rae was first licensed for life, health and annuities in California in 1978, shortly after being Honorably Discharge from the US Air Force. After a short stressful tour of duty including being assigned to the 374 th FMS out of Clark AB Rep of the Philippines, where his squadron actively participated in the evacuation of Saigon, Mr. Rae saw a great opportunity to build a good life in the Insurance Industry, choosing to start with the Independent Order Of Foresters in the San Francisco Bay area. Years later he moved his family to Florida where he continues to serve his clients in life, health and retirement planning. As he has said many times “I am comfortable with the knowledge I have gained and ability to recognize when to use the proper tool. My objectives remain to take care of my family and others with honesty and integrity that has been cured in the battle of life, with a peace that cannot be shaken."​Mr. Rae resided in Seminole Florida with his wife and son, while they're three older girls have married and stay close enough to have the grandparents enjoy the wonders of being a grandparent.
