I have worked in physical demanding jobs from a young age with consistent employment. Started working at drax power-station from the age of 17, which seen me grow from a young individual not knowing the industry and being nervous, to now being a well communicated individual and being able to approach tasks with an open mind and confidence. Being at drax I have worked under different teams such as Thermal Insulation, scaffolding, cleaning and Rope access, most of my time was with thermal insulation. I decided to better my self by doing my irata rope access course at access techniques, 5 years experience. Being a level 1 for 3 years then bettering myself again becoming a level 2 rope access technician.-Companies worked for on Drax, Hertel/ Altrad I spent 6 years on drax, before leaving to venture out to the railway industry. I learned new skills and different approaches to jobs with different surrounding scenarios, carrying out enabling tasks to help enable structural engineers carry out important surveys on bridges, culverts and tenanted arches. Which I eventually pursued to become a structural engineer by becoming STE4 Trainee, having carried out numerous examinations my knowledge grows. -Companies worked for on railway, SAS Rope & rail ltd
