Team lead fulfilling warehouse supervision duties to a 90 million Dollar inventory to support a CPF producing over 100000 bbls of crude oil per day and the drilling / well intervention campaign, direct and manage supply of all drilling / well services equipment, CPF related materials, and, production chemicals. Run monthly min-max restocking report, create purchase requisitions for all departments, follow up monitoring and approval of technical evaluations for all offers in compliance with company procedures, follow up and monitoring of purchase orders, local and international shipments to avoid stock disruption.Create, maintain and update item code database to avoid the creation of duplicate codes. Labelled, and, supervised the reception and issuance of all items to ensure they were received / delivered as per end user’s requirements.Continuous monitoring of low consumption and obsolete items to avoid overstocking. Liaise with all end users to streamline updates to min max parameters for commodity codes. Prepare detailed reports in line with managers’ requirements regarding to chemicals, low rotation items, and obsolete and special project materials.Assigned in 2014 and until 2019 to a much smaller field also in Algeria producing approx. 12000 bbls / day, managing a 15 million dollar inventory where the same type of service above mentioned was provided, except warehouse was set up from cero.
