I began my professional journey at Supermarket Tausta in Campolim, where I secured my first job as a young apprentice, working as a shelf stocker. During this period, I took advantage of the opportunity to undertake basic courses offered by the renowned company CIEE.Subsequently, I joined Afinz, formerly known as Sorocred, in late 2017, taking on the role of Junior Credit Analyst. Over three years in this sector, I honed my agility in tasks and developed a solid professional stance, enriching my professional experience.I achieved a significant milestone in my career by being promoted from Assistant to Merchant Support to my current position as Junior Fraud Prevention Analyst. Throughout my journey in the merchant support center, I dedicated myself to supporting Afinz's business partners, addressing issues related to sales, payment receipts, cards, registration, and other demands. I always strive for efficiency and agility, providing attentive and impeccable service to the company and its partners.As a Junior Fraud Prevention Analyst at Afinz, I conduct the analysis of disputes originating from the customer relationship center. Dealing with situations involving potential card fraud, invasions, loss, theft, scams, or even customers attempting to avoid paying the invoice, my responsibility is to examine each case with utmost attention and care. My goal is to prevent losses for both the company and customers, ensuring a thorough and effective approach in all analyses.I have a keen interest in languages, particularly English, which I focus on during my free time. I also value the importance of careful and professional writing, a practice I apply daily in my roles at Afinz.
