-Design, build, and deliver creative solutions for clients using Salesforce and connected ISV technology-Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and new functionality-Recommend new features and improvements to optimize use of the platform based on client feedback-Work with client and team to author user stories and acceptance criteria, establish solution design-Lead and execute deployments of deliverables using best-practice testing and deployment procedures-Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for designs and solutions-Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across the product platform: Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Force.com platforms-Design and build advanced configuration such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow rules

•Interpret client needs and provide scalable solutions using Salesforce and associated SaaS/PaaS•Develop custom solutions using process automation, workflows, KPI modeling, permissions/visibility, and segmenting multiple business units to enable seamless collaboration•Validate and Import/Export data using Enterprise Data Loader, Jitterbit, DataLoader.io•Integrate external solutions such as Conga, Box.com and DocuSign, QuickBooks, CTI/Softphone, native ERP/EHR/EMR, Pitchbook, ZoomInfo and more based on industry specific best-practices•Create reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insight on client designated KPIs, creation of custom objects, record types and page layout configurations, Lightning apps and UI optimization•Onboarding/Optimization of Salesforce instances in multiple verticles, to include Health/Life Science, Financial Services, Non-Profit, Manufacturing, Retail, and more•Manage project timeline and coordinate multiple teams/resources to support the project scope and serve as primary communicator with clients/end users to ensure project team cohesiveness.•Act as consultant to determine added value by finding weak points in process or functionality, advising industry best practice optimizations for existing orgs, and sourcing 3rd party solutions

-Assist implementation team in the completion of various tasks related to the delivery of project milestones, including field creation, record type and page layout configuration, manage/create user accounts, import client data from previous CRM into Salesforce, build reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insight on client-designated KPI’s, provide training materials and support to end-users-Assist senior team members in the development of documentation and additional resources for new implementation packages that the company will offer. Work with key team members to create industry-specific solutions on the Salesforce platform for customers across all markets with a concentrated focus on the Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences industries.

• Promote international listings by highlighting Charleston destinations to attract potential homebuyers via blog posts • Improve company websites by capturing high-quality images of listings and local attractions while making website user friendly, track success of social promotion via KPI’s on social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns utilizing Mailchimp and WordPress software • Investigate Google Analytics data and recommend strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the marketing budget, as well as researching real-estate promotional programs and maximizing ROI by selecting the best platform • Analyze target market to create new business using CRM, and establish marketing partnerships in the community

• Execute various elements of the US News & World Report ranking for the Evolution of Leadership campaign by producing ads, branded content, writing articles, and establishing email marketing using MailChimp• Assist Marketing Department by conducting website audits, drafting press released, updating web content, and managing the school’s social media presence utilizing several platforms.• Photograph events in addition to documenting related events with written articles, established the school’s official Instagram page, created visual content with a 90% increase of impressions within a month of creating the page
