I am responsible for the operation and upkeep of the department on a designated shift within Production• Provide leadership and line management to the team, coordinating their workloads, providing support to ensure that the team consistently delivers all the production targets to Meet or Exceed the S&OP plan RFT OTIF, monitoring any issues, and in compliance with cGMP, product licences, KPIs and H&S standards through the optimum use of resources in a safe environment.• Accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in an agreed time frame and within all quality parameters and for the performance management process. Decisions and results have an impact on the department and their success.• Engage and work cohesively with the Process Team to promote and deliver on Mission Ownership targets.

My main duties include the technical aspects of machine set-up and operation and completion of associated documentation. Actively support process improvements and assist in some process and personnel supervisory activities.

Coordinating all day-to-day tasks within the project and production areas, the writing and the training of SOPs for all tasks across PPU. In charge of coordinating the entire daily tasks within the Oncology PPU. Reviewing of all Batch and manufacturing documentation is a key part of my day.

Transferred to Sanofi Germany in accordance with the companies Talent Management scheme. Assigned to a project which involved the transfer of, filling, inspection and packing machines plus the Manufacturing equipment from Sanofi England to Sanofi Germany. My responsibilities were the active participation and assisting in the completion of the IQ/OQ/PQ work on all equipment transferred from Manufacturing through to Inspection.

I coordinated all of the daily tasks within the Oncology PPU, liaising with representatives from every department on a day-to-day basis i.e., Engineering, Quality, Planning and Technical. Reviewed all batch manufacturing documentation, this was a key part of my day to assist in the Batch cycle time reduction. This includes product sign off from manufacture through to filling and then the closing of batches on the SAP, Particle Monitoring and Quality systems.

Appointed line leader due to a specific machine having reliability and yield issues. I worked closely with Planning, Quality and Production on capacity management, increasing reliability, introducing Lean sigma, OEE, improving yield, and schedule adherence.Addressing RFT quality issues, adjusting Batch manufacturing records, discussing figures with quality representatives and regular feedback with team and individuals on learning points. Conducting regular one to one’s with both temporary and permanent staff.I produced monthly and yearly performance reports and organised re-training on shifts when data trends identified a drop below required standard.Regularly involved in internal and external audits, including Japanese, MHRA, and the FDA. Performing self- inspection audits with Production Leadership team as well.

Responsibility’s included the day-to-day running of a team on the shift system. Co- ordinating production tasks, working on yield improvement ideas, and fine-tuning of production lines.

I was assigned to a new machine project where I assisted in factory acceptance testing. My responsibilities were to learn the operation of a new machine, write all procedures for the new machine and then train every operator across the PPU. Active participation and assisting in the completion of the IQ/OQ/PQ work.

Various production roles within Oncology PPU – achieving fast progression through all grades within Production, working on different shifts. Training on sterilisers including – Ovens, Steriline and Libra washer / Tunnels and Autoclaves (both porous and terminal sterilisers) and assisting Technical with validation work when required.
