1. Maintain SAP data related vehicle inbound and outbound. Keep inventory status accurate and align status of sys with physical stock.2. Monitor the data transmission quality among service providers, DISY and CESAR, and solve relevant problems.3. Working with QC team & after-sales department to manage quality of logistics chain (shipment, port operation, transportation, warehousing operation…)4. Set up KPI assessment to evaluate performance of 3rd service vendors.(broker agent, warehousing service provider , carrier vendor)5. Organize monthly meeting with 3rd party vendors and identify weakness or bottleneck , implement continuous improvement process and lean . 6. Analyze the damage vehicles status and find which type of damage has high frequency, confirm which process is more likely to create lots of damage, after that find solution to improve it.7. Coordinate with internal department and external party to make sure project can be gone on efficiently and effectively. 8. Audit 3rd party service provider to make them operate according to Daimler Global standard and control operation cost.

Our department is responsible for supply service chain of Jaguar and Land Rover & Tesla .The service items include Custom and CIQ clearance, PDI, manage the warehouse, dispatch the vehicle and control the transportation, statistic KPI…..1. Coordinate with shipping carrier to prepare documentation and make operation planning.2. Monitor process of the Customs and CIQ clearance and communicate with internal department and external party to make sure work can be finished within lead time. 3. Support headquarters team on Logistics optimization & control operational cost.4. Participate business meetings with service providers, follow up with after-sales, purchasing, financial or IT, etc. departments to clarify the processes and requests, or even solve disputes during the cooperation with service providers 5. Dispatch the certificates of Customs and CIQ to dealers following with financial released list.6. Communicate with OEM to resolve emergency and maintain high quality level of customer service

1. According to the shipping arrival schedule to make operation plan.2. Control quality of the physical operation and transportation fee.3. Monitor and manage process of the Customs and CIQ clearance.4. Arrange vehicles to be inspected on CIQ test line and transfer vehicles to warehouse/VPC.
