Leading the delivery of Syndicated Content provided by CNET Content Solutions across Argos brands and products. The CNET Program delivers rich product content from Manufacturers to the Argos Site. This rich content offering helps improve the consideration for manufacturer products on the Argos product pages, guiding the user journey to an online buying decision.Responsibilities include managing and developing a team of 4 execs to deliver YoY growth of the programme, delivering incremental revenue into the business by monetising the placement of content on the Argos site, and building strong customer relationships with suppliers and trading personnel.

Day to day management of Product Information team, governing workload and ensuring key deadlines met.Stakeholder management - managing expectations, escalating challenges and reporting on progress to deadlines.Direct line management experience - took lead on directly managing 3 colleagues within the team, including performance reviews and development 1-2-1s.

Heavily involved in testing, migrating and implementing a new Product Information Management (PIM) system, working closely with IT teams and external consultants to ensure a smooth transition between systems.Day to day management of the PIM system focusing mainly on data integrity and the surfacing of data to the front end systems. Other achievements include building an excel tracker using data from the PIM to manage the workload of a team of 40+ people.

Working closely with both the trading teams internally and suppliers externally to acquire product information and images to be used on Argos.co.uk. Enriching the data received from suppliers to ensure a great customer journey and populating into the product database in a timely fashion to meet required launch dates for new products.
