Oversee the HR function for Gunvor Americas with offices in USA, Canada, Argentina, Columbia and The Bahamas. Gunvor is an energy commodity trading House based out of Geneva trading refined products, Nat Gas, and LNG.•Responsible for the strategy and deployment of the Human Resources function for all including, but not limited to: compensation, benefits, employee training, recruiting, organizational development, employee engagement, employee relations, strategic planning, performance management, succession planning, payroll, immigration, relocation compliance, and recruiting. •Drive a performance driven culture and talent management processes that raises the bar on performance expectations and manager capabilities, strongly linking objective setting, performance management and succession planning to meet company goals. •Provide coaching and counseling to all levels of management; leverages processes and tools for managers that increase their effectiveness as leaders of people including performance management, career development, performance improvement, coaching and feedback, setting expectations, team building, etc.

Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide consultative services to all levels of BG Group regarding complex compensation and performance development programs, practices, and processes. Continuously refine and enhance programs as needed. Provide consultation to Line HR and senior business leaders on complex compensation issues and frequently educate them on reward strategies and how to optimize performance through reward. • Responsible for the design, implementation and management of the Global Energy Trading compensation scheme, including but not limited to base pay, annual incentives and long term incentives. • In collaboration with Group Finance, manage scheme budgets and accrual process for the Trader Bonus Pool. • Primary working relationships include the Energy Marketing Leadership Team, VP Human Resources, VP Finance, 3rd party vendors, with direct reporting line to the Global Head of Reward.
