As an AR Resolution Analyst, I develop strong relationships and partnerships with our customers to act as the primary day-to-day contact while optimizing their collections of past due receivables. I am responsible for managing accounts receivable by conducting research and facilitate plans / procedures to make sure the customers' accounting and billing daily operations are running smoothly. I review, identify and resolve all potential conflict that may interfere with their invoicing procedures. We also monitor and review unapplied funds and validate reimbursements or reallocation of funds when appropriate. Another important piece is collaborating and effectively following up with our Account and Branch Managers regarding customer accounts and billing transactions in a timely manner. We establish payment arrangements bringing customer accounts into compliance and establish follow-up procedures to ensure obligations are satisfied. Overall, we answer questions, fix problems, provide excellent accounting services to our customers so that their business can thrive. If they succeed, we succeed.
