I work as a self employed interim Senior HR Partner providing generalist support to a centralised HR department for a UK wide charity employing approximately 2200 people with 55000 volunteers. This assignment lasted 15 months.

Lead a pan wales feasibilty study into the suitability of the HERA (Higher Education Role Analysis) as a tool for job evaluation in the 14 universities in Wales.Also lead the job evaluation project to implementation using HERA in Glamorgan University.

Initially managed pan Wales feasibility project for job evaluation scheme in higher education in Wales (HERA). Laterly developed and implemented job evaluation and pay and grading structures for University of Glamorgan, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and University of Wales, Lampeter.

Initially Head of Peresonnel for civilian support staff. Expanded responsibility to include responsibility for comprehensive HR portfolio in organisation including both civilian support staff and police staff.Lead team of 38 professionals in seven teams to provide a comprehensive HR service to South Wales Police including recruitment, promotion, health management, record keeping equal opportunities, management information.
