Digital marketing and activation for the LiSTNR podcast app.

Temporary position, assisting with the end of the financial year period (March - April). Extended until the merge with Access Pay in July. Customer service role over the phone, taking incoming calls from salary packaging customers as well as new customers. Answering questions relating to incoming pays, changing pays, personal information and general enquiries relating to salary packaging. Talking over the phone and then following up with emails to staff to enact changes or emails to customers with relevant documentation and information.
