Over my nine years as Superintendent, the agency consistently surpassed the annual and long-term goals of the governing board, while staying within budget.

Harrison, Michigan

While technically employed by Central Michigan University, I was hired to build a new county parks department in Clare County, Michigan and answered directly to the county park board. The objective was to build a fully functional community service agency in one of the most the impoverished areas within the state by utilizing university undergraduate and graduate students in real world situations. This provided the new agency with an expansive pool of staff, and students with real-world experience.
