In 2015, Will and his brother became apprentices to local farmers, learning the olive craft and teaching themselves what would now be widely known as regenerative farming. Since then, they’ve been at the forefront of creating food change and using farming practices that rebuild land & soil with every harvest. Today, Two Fields has grown into a social regenerative project that gives back to the local community and focuses on building a better food system. They’re teaching regenerative practises on the ground, providing fair, secure livelihoods to local farmers and partnering directly with some of the best chefs, restaurants and bakeries across the U.K.
