I Graduated Louisiana Tech University, College of Engineering, in 1984. I Entered the Pulp and Paper industry at the Manville mill (now Graphic Pkg) in West Monroe. I Had 5 years Paper mill and Project experience with the Capital Engineering group at Manville. I then worked 5 years at Sulzer Escher Wyss, now Voith,as a Service Engineer and spent the last two years there in direct sales. I was then hired by KRC/Scapa to build and manage a large machine shop adjacent to the KRC roll cover facility in Minden Louisiana. I managed that facility for 5 years performing Roll repair and design. In 1999, I started my Sales Rep Company. I have been the Owner of Bill Roundtree and Associates, Sales Rep Company for the Pulp and Paper Industry from 1999 to present.
