I provide technical support over the phone for customers of Alpine. The equipment we provide support for includes mini split systems, unitary split system products, package units, oil and gas furnaces, heat pumps and PTAC units.

I currently serve the company as the Install Manager. My responsibilities include scheduling and teaching installers, customer service, providing technical support to installers and service technicians, ensuring installs are performed to company standards and in a timely manner.

My position consisted of starting up newly installed hvac equipment including split systems, package units, VRF systems, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, mini split systems, etc.

Jordan Air Inc opened up a mechanical division in which I was asked to help develop. I assisted the general manager of the mechanical division with day to day operations. I also helped catch service calls, assisted other techs with technical education, provided proposals to customers, and developed customer relationships. Our customer base was mostly light commercial accounts and current residential customers who had multiple rental properties.

I served Jordan Air Inc as lead service technician from 2007 until 2017, when they decided to open a mechanical division. I would perform maintenance on a variety of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, package units, ventilation systems.

After completing technical trade school I was asked to help start a HVAC company with a lead service tech from a previous company. I ran service calls and helped install Hvac systems for a variety of customers including residential, light commercial, schools, and commercial accounts. These systems ranged from typical residential hvac systems, walk in coolers, reach in coolers, walk in freezers, ice machines, and ventilation systems.
