Developed and managed significant portions of the Department of Defense's (DoD) Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) in support of Business Management Modernization Program (BMMP). Co-authored BEA Development Methodology providing an approach for elaborating, evolving, changing, and using the BEA while preserving the integrity of the architecture products. Authored influential white papers and guidance documents on information assurance and enterprise architecture resulting in a reduction in compliance burden for customer. Initiated the effort to establish ties between the BEA and Information Assurance (IA) program offices within DISA, NSA, and Office of the Secretary of DoD. Authored guidance documents on extending DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) 1.5 data elements to include additional IA attributes and described an approach to express IA requirements in enterprise architecture products.
