I have worked in veterinary practice since graduating in 1998 both in Ireland and the UK. I have extensive medical and surgical experience. I completed my PhD in 2010 and have four peer reviewed publications from my thesis. I have spoken at international conferences, tutored veterinary students at UCD and given presentations to various groups within Teagasc to include prudent use of antibiotics in food animals and reproduction physiology.Specialties: Veterinary Medicine, Mineral Nutrition, Physiology of bone growth & development. DXA scanning.I now operate my own practice outside Tipperary Town.I provide a mixed practice first opinion service and a small animal surgical referral service to veterinary surgeons in the munster region.
